Get started

Getting care should feel simple.

Everything you need to know before your first visit, in one place: how it works, what to expect, how telehealth works, and what insurance we take.

How it works

Four simple steps

From your first call to ongoing care, here's what happens.

  1. You reach out

Book a consult online or give us a call. You don't need to have everything figured out.

  2. We talk about fit

A team member reaches out to answer your questions, talk about fit, and find a time for your first visit.

  3. Your first visit

A full-hour telehealth visit with Ashley to understand what you're experiencing and talk through your options.

  4. Your plan and follow-ups

If medication makes sense, we check in regularly and adjust your plan together over time.

What to expect

Your first visit

Psychiatric care that feels like a conversation, not a transaction. Your first visit is a full hour, so there's time to understand your story and answer your questions.

We'll talk about:

  • What's been feeling hard lately, and how long it's been going on.
  • Your history, including any past treatment or medications.
  • What you want help with most, and what matters to you in treatment.
  • Your options, explained in plain language, including whether medication may help.

You don't need to have it all figured out

  • There's no pressure to start medication. Choosing not to is always an option.
  • No one-size-fits-all plan. Your care is built around you.
  • You'll leave with a clear next step.

Questions you might want to ask

  • What could help with what I'm feeling?
  • What are the possible side effects?
  • How will we know if it's working?
